Amity was engaged to transform an underutilized commercial office into a luxurious waterside residential display suite designed by award winning architect Freadman White.

Project scope included upgrading the space with high end finishes including polished plaster, brass, granite, and marble. The works included the constructions of a full-scale kitchen, bathroom, sales area, and feature staircase. 

Complexities in the project included the coordination of works in a live residential environment with shared site access and live building services.
