Amity was engaged to design and construct a new early learning centre on behalf of Nido Early School. Located in the north-eastern suburb of Yallambie, the new facility has capacity for 61 placements ranging from infants up to children 36 months and older.

The tight constraints of the project boundary, together with a carriageway easement dissecting the site added logistical challenges to the delivery. Pro-active management of sub-contractor and supplier deliveries allowed works to progress on programme.

The successful delivery of the Yallambie Early Learning centre provides Nido with a new facility that naturally blends within the surrounding landscape.
