The transformation of an existing modular structure into a 5-star luxury display suite. 

Project scope included the delivery and installation of multiple prefabricated modular units followed by the fit out of a full-scale kitchen, bathroom, sales area, staff amenity and external landscaping. 

Complexities resolved during the project, included coordination of cranage around high voltage power lines and coordination of existing site levels and new structural elements. 

The end result exceeded MAB Corporations expectations and culminated in significant sales in its opening weekend.
