The project involved the extension of an existing modular building and transforming it into a new 5-star luxury display suite within the grounds of Moonee Valley Racecourse.

The project scope included the demolition and strip out of an existing café, new structural steel portal frame, new roof, and external cladding together with high end interior finishes throughout.

The project was completed on time and within budget constraints and culminated in significant sales in its opening weekend.
